Workshops
If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the workshop to receive a refund in form of credit towards future workshop, at your discretion.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop or after the event has started.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop in case of insufficient enrollment or for any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to an alternative date.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded.
JM Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you lose your gift card, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase, and we may be able to assist you in replacing it at our discretion.
If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, you will need to provide an additional form of payment for the remaining balance.
Prints and original paintings
Due to the nature of art prints and original paintings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the order is damaged upon arrival or if there was an error in fulfillment (e.g., wrong item sent). We do not accept returns for any other reasons, such as personal preference or buyer’s remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a return. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Please inspect your painting immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please retain all packaging materials.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged painting and the packaging.
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number, photographs, and a brief description of the damage.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions.
For original artworks, additional rules may apply based on the specifics of the transaction. We are dedicated to discussing these details with each client personally to ensure clarity and understanding. Any unique terms will be documented in the contract.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
